The Five Dysfunctions of a Team leverages the information found in the book of the same name by Patrick Lencioni and provides leaders and teams a highly interactive workshop. The intent is to engage team members in the process of assessing their strengths and areas for improvement and learn how to overcome each of the five dysfunctions.
